01. About Tundey Studio

Our commitment lies in transforming treasured moments into everlasting memories. Our editing style is vibrant and expressive, emphasizing joy, color, and brilliance.

02. Booking & Payment

• An 80% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
• 20% balance must be paid within 72 hours post-event.
• Deposit must be paid at least 2 months prior to the event.

03. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations within 14 days of the event attract full payment liability. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

06. Delivery Timeline

Edited soft-copy photos: 2 weeks max. Video trailers: 3–4 weeks. Physical deliverables (frames/books): 6–8 weeks post-final payment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Tundey Studio. We reserve the right to use content for portfolio and marketing unless a written opt-out is submitted.

11. Failure to Deliver

In the event of data loss, liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific undelivered service.
